Start by filling out our Contact Form. We’ll follow up by email to request photos of your current space and any inspiration images you love. Then, we’ll schedule a phone consultation with Cole (our owner) to discuss your goals and determine if we're a good fit for your project.

Once you approve the estimate, we move into the planning phase. This includes in-office and on-site meetings with your full project team to make sure everyone is aligned before we begin.

With plans and selections locked in, our team gets to work. We manage every detail and keep you in the loop with regular updates, addressing any adjustments or changes along the way.

If everything aligns, Cole will walk through your space in person. From there, we’ll send you a rough estimate to give you a realistic sense of scope and budget.​​

You’ll work closely with our Design Manager, Lisa, to visit showrooms, explore materials, and finalize your selections. We guide you every step of the way to make confident, informed choices.

After a final walkthrough and quality check, your space is ready, and you can finally enjoy your newly remodeled residential or commercial space. From start to finish, Elk River Contracting will make sure that your project is completed properly and efficiently.
